Signal in the room, and in the days between.

Care Deliverysona-2

The visit is fifteen minutes. A meaningful share of it goes to documentation, and the ambient scribe you deployed gave some of that back. Between visits you have claims data and whatever the patient remembers to mention next time.

What's missing

The audio your scribe already captures carries more than the note. The same recording that produces documentation also carries respiratory, cognitive and affective signal that never reaches the chart. And the encounter is not the only place a patient's voice appears. Follow-up calls, nurse triage lines and remote check-ins are all audio your organisation already collects and currently transcribes at best.

What arrives

Structured signal from encounter audio, delivered to the clinician alongside the note. Mood and fatigue, cognitive screening, cardiometabolic and hydration signal, respiratory pattern.

Send a stream of samples over time and the read shifts from population baseline to the patient's own baseline. A change against a person's own voice is a more useful clinical prompt than a single point against a population.

Where it fits

The audio you already capture. No new device, no new step in the workflow, no additional patient burden. If you run an ambient scribe, the same buffer serves both.

What it doesn't do

Nothing is presented as a diagnosis and nothing fires an automated alert. Signal goes to qualified clinical staff, never directly to the patient.

Any customer intending to bill against these signals needs a legal conversation with us first. We would rather have it early than have it discovered.

what happens next

See it against your own workflow.

We'll walk through what applies in care delivery, what doesn't, and where the limits sit, before any commitment.

Amplifier's voice analysis is not FDA approved and is not a diagnostic device. Narrative interpretations are provided to qualified care or research staff only, never as automated alerts and never directly to the person analyzed.
